ROKU Sakura Bloom's delicate floral essence takes centrestage in "The Manga." Every aspect, from the choice of fruits to measurements, is carefully curated to enhance, rather than overshadow, ROKU.

"The Manga" expertly blends ROKU's floral notes with the tropical sweetness of mango, the tang of strawberries and citrus, and a hint of ginger spice. If its name isn't already a giveaway, its inspiration stems from Japan's cultural phenomenon - down to the kawaii character printed on the cocktail's edible foam topper.

Bar Supervisor, Wong Wee Siong

Intrigued by the art of flair bartending, Wee Siong's foray into bartending began during his school days, and eventually evolved into a passion for mixology. Now, the award-winning bartender enjoys many accolades to his name, including Rémy Martin Global Finalist 2023.

Wee Siong's journey is fuelled by a deep-seated love for crafting unique concoctions that captivate the senses and evoke emotions. Whether shaking up classics or inventing new drinks, his goal remains the same—to craft moments through cocktails, one drink at a time.

The Manga

An animated cocktail that pays tribute to the colourful world of Japanese manga. Mango syrup infuses a tropical sweetness, tempering the delicate essence of ROKU Sakura Bloom. While fresh strawberries add a burst of juicy flavour. A hint of ginger lends a subtle warmth and spice, and citrus balances the sweetness with its bright and tangy finish.

Sakurabito

Banana in a cocktail? Why, yes. Think back to the disco and tiki-style cocktails that were in vogue, and when daiquiris were a common order at the bar. Here, banana yogurt adds structure and tang to a positively tropical combination of flavours. An unexpected combination of Sakura, fresh banana, banana yogurt, and prosecco that simply works.

Hanami

Don't underestimate the power of black pepper in this cocktail. Its subtle heat infused with ROKU Gin enhances the entire flavour profile. Campari adds a vibrant bitterness that harmonises with the gin's botanical depth, while Lillet Blanc lends a subtle sweetness and floral undertones. Elevated with a touch of St. Germaine, it offers a delicate nuance of elderflower.
